What can I expect when I come for my first session?


The first time you come for a hypnotherapy session, you will be asked to fill out a few personal information profiles to assist in understanding how you process information. Once you go into session, the hypnotherapist will provide a detailed explanation of hypnosis and how it works. Once you understand the process and are comfortable with it, the hypnotherapist will begin the hypnotherapy session. The first session usually runs between 1 ½ -2 hours.

Is hypnotherapy considered counseling or psychology?


No. Hypnotherapy is only concerned with changing patterns, habits, behaviors and negative beliefs. Hypnotherapists do not treat or diagnose. They do work in conjunction with doctors and with mental health practitioners.

Can anyone be hypnotized?


Generally speaking, yes. Every day, we go in and out of hypnosis. It is always advised to consult with a hypnotherapist to do a hypnotic testing to guarantee best results.

Would I be asked something against my will?


NO. This is a common misunderstanding associated with hypnosis. People will not say or do anything that they would not normally do and you CAN NOT be hypnotized against your will! You will remember everything you want to remember

Will I get stuck in hypnosis?


Absolutely NOT! You are always in control. In fact, you can emerge from the process at any time.

How does hypnosis end bad habits?


A Hypnotherapists communicates directly with the sub-conscious and make it become aware of all the negative qualitiesof the bad habit and all the positive benefits of stopping the habit.

Does hypnosis really work?


Hypnosis allows the conscious mind ( that busy analytical part of the mind) to take a rest. Therefore allowing your sub-conscious mind to make positive changes, thought patterns or habits. This is where all memory and information is stored.Change these beliefs and you change your life
